Low-Carb Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cups unsweetened dairy-free milk (I used Ripple [1])
    2 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter powder
    1 tablespoon all-natural peanut butter
    1/2 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder (I used Plant Fusion Complete Protein [2])
    4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Mix everything in a blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
