Ingredients

  1. 1 large organic raw carrot
    1 teaspoon organic olive oil or organic coconut oil
    1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    Pinch sea salt
    Pinch black pepper (optional)
    Herb or spice of your choosing (optional; see TikTok for inspo!)

Directions

  1. Peel the carrot lengthwise into a salad bowl.
  2. Drizzle on oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
  3. Toss with a fork until carrot is fully coated.
  4. Enjoy!
