Million-Dollar Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 box of spaghetti
4 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella, more as needed
Parsley for garnishing
Directions
- Sauté onions and bell pepper in pan over medium heat, then add ground beef.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and basil.
- When beef begins to brown, add marinara sauce and stir until combined. Set aside.
- In a separate saucepan heated to medium, brown garlic in melted butter.
- Add cream and parmesan cheese, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Be careful to not go overboard with the salt, as parmesan is naturally salty.
- Let simmer until slightly thickened. In the meantime, boil spaghetti.
- When spaghetti is al dente (or cooked to your liking), drain and transfer to a casserole dish or cast-iron pan.
- Pour the Alfredo over the spaghetti, stirring to ensure every noodle is coated in sauce.
- Layer on the Bolognese, then top with mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven heated to 350°F for 15 minutes, or broil on high until the cheese is fully melted, about 3 minutes.
- Top with parsley, serve, and enjoy!
