Ingredients
- For the cookie dough layer:
1 stick butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
- For the s'mores layer:
3-4 chocolate bars
1 box graham crackers
1 bag jumbo marshmallows
Directions
- To make the cookie dough, start by creaming together the butter and brown sugar in a large bowl.
- Whisk in the egg and vanilla, then sift in the flour and baking soda. Mix until fully combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, then set the cookie dough aside.
- On a lined baking tray, layer graham crackers with chocolate and marshmallows.
- Cover completely with a scoop (about 1/4 cup) of the cookie dough.
- Bake in the oven at 375°F for about 15 minutes, or until the cookie dough appears dry and the marshmallow has toasted.
- Serve and enjoy!
