I would pick him up, take him home, quarantine him from the other cats and try to find him a home while making sure he is in good health. Usually I'll try to avoid doing this unless a kitty is obviously homeless but I have to say I do make a habit of saving strays. (five so far :P)

I would proceed to be a creepy cat lady and chase it around until i could pet it. give it a snack. if it got close enough i'd take him/her to the spca.

I'd probably look for an owner and otherwise take her with me. I'd drop her off at a shelter. My hubby and I keep dog food in our car trunks just in case we ever see strays and I'm sure a hungry kitty would probably eat a few bites of it.

Oh yes, I would be trying to pet her & see if she was friendly. If I had anything to eat I'd try to feed her. If I had the time, the right thing would probably be to see if she had an owner or was just an alley cat. But I'm usually rushing around & wouldn't have time to be the responsible one.
