Dogs are always making us laugh, be it through excessive birthday excitement [1] or their owners dressing them up in costumes [2]. Today, a puppy named Wesley has brought a straight-toothed smile to our faces and reminded us of the pains of middle school, because he recently got . . . braces. Who knew dogs could have orthodontic work done?

Wesley required braces because he couldn't close his mouth properly, according to the Harborfront Hospital for Animals's Facebook page [3]. He'll only have them on for a few weeks, which we're sure every 13-year-old wishes was the case for their treatment.
