While Chanel was crowned the "World's Oldest Dog" by the Guinness Book of World Records just months before her death, news has come of another elderly pooch that could be the new (rightful) titleholder. My dogs don't have papers/are unregistered but I have vet records showing they received shots at 8 weeks of age.
