American Hero Tim Howard Is Also an Animal-Lover

Before trending on Twitter thanks to his insane number of saves during the USA vs. Belgium World Cup game, US goalkeeper Tim Howard was showing off what's underneath that uniform. The animal-lover took off his jersey for PETA's "Ink, Not Mink" campaign back in May, giving us a look at his serious tattoo collection — oh, and those abs. "Protecting animals is very important to me, and I think speaking out against fur is an amazing cause," he told the animal rights group. We think his Superman tattoo is especially fitting.
