A faux Frenchie named Penelope appears to have trouble figuring out how to dog. The pup's owner [2] shared an adorable video of the pooch struggling to bark on Instagram [3], and obviously, the sweet clip went viral instantly. Penelope's mom gave her followers a rundown of what's going on in the video, captioning it: "I'm getting bigger and finding my voice." And we have to agree, based on the purring sound she's making, Penelope has a little bit of work to do. All we can say is A for effort!
