"Party on, Wayne!" "Party on, Garth!" Though it was released in 1992, Wayne's World is still one of the most quotable films, and Brakkus the Mini Dachshund knows it. The 2-year-old Australian pup, who is often seen cosplaying in photos on his Instagram account [2], dressed up as Garth Algar from Wayne's World, and it's such a spot-on look, even Dana Carvey would do a double take. Brakkus and his owner Mike dressed up as Wayne and Garth in honor of National Best Friend Day in June, and even though Mike looked like a pretty convincing Wayne, Brakkus stole the show.
