If you were able to catch the Oct. 12 episode of Saturday Night Live [2], then you were probably cracking up over David Harbour's insanely funny Joker spoof [3], which featured the origin story of Sesame Street's Oscar the Grouch. And while I admit I rewatched the clip multiple times, the actor doesn't have anything on Sprout, an adorable Brussels Griffon pup who's putting a sweet spin on the little green Muppet this Halloween [4]. After getting the dog in costume [5], his owner captured the perfect shot of Sprout and shared it on Instagram. "Who else is feeling a little grouchy today?" the dog's owner captioned the post. And honestly, how incredible is the "scram!" sign? Talk about a nice touch!
