By learning about the importance of proper nutrition and physical exercise, you can change your health and your life. It doesn’t take big dramatic changes. Just by making small changes, and being consistent, your body will begin to respond and you will feel better and see changes.
I get asked a lot about my diet and workout program.
My Diet: I follow a primarily whole foods diet, meaning I eat food that comes without labeling or packaging (unprocessed) 80-90% of the time. My diet is never perfect but most days i do pretty well. It is most difficult when I become busy and I have a tendency to miss meals or just want to fix something quick and easy. Something i’m sure we can all relate to.
My Personal Fitness Routine: I strength-train 5 days a week and cardio 4 days a week. I like to vary things up depending upon my goals.
