When POPSUGAR Food host and producer Brandi Milloy was planning her wedding, she found that there were so many things she adored about Whitney Port's bridal look [1]. She especially loved her gorgeous floral Paul Andrew booties [2] that featured ivory satin hand-embroidered organza flowers. They were her dream shoe, but they have a steep price of $1,900. When Brandi couldn't find anything as adorable that was also affordable, she decided to try and hack this look.
"I wanted the DIY [3] to be temporary (no glue gun), so I decided to find a way to create a custom accessory for a pair of nude sandals I already owned," she said. Brandi ended up spending under $5 and the DIY only took her five minutes. "Confession: I put these together in my car in the Michael's parking lot," she said. "I just couldn't wait!" The result was amazing and went perfectly with a white midi skirt she wore to her bridal shower.

Gather Your Supplies
- 1 pair of nude sandals [6]
- 2 pieces of wired floral stems [7]
- 1 pair of scissors
Wrap Wire Around Sandal Strap
Place one piece of the floral stems along the strap of the shoe. The length of the piece will depend on where you want to start wrapping the wire. Wrap the wire around the strap a couple times before making a handle by bending the wire 90 degrees and securing it around the wire. This will keep the end of the floral stem in place as you continue wrapping the rest around the sandal. If the flowers don't feel secure, you can wrap more paper or cloth-covered wire around them.
Adjust Stems and Flowers
Once you have wrapped the flower stem around the strap, adjust the flowers however you like!
