You may not be feeling like yourself and others will question what is wrong with you. Don't pretend that everything is okay when clearly, it isn't. Be honest so that people can help you in the areas where you need extra support and encouragement.
Honesty is most certainly the best policy for you right now. Don't try to pull the wool over anyone's eyes. Doing so will have unpleasant ramifications later on down the road. Tell the truth now so it doesn't come back to haunt you in the future.
