Sleeping and Work

Do You Sleep More on the Weekends?

I tend to sleep more on the weekends, because I have a habit of sleeping in when it's not a workday. I'm just curious . . . what about the rest of you — do you enjoy some extra snooze when you don't have to go into work?

No matter how hard I try, I can't sleep in on the weekends, so I get less sleep than during the week.

I actually sleep less on the weekends. The days I work I make sure I get 8 hours of sleep. On the weekends I go to sleep later and usually wake up at the same time as the weekdays.

I work Sunday mornings, so I just answered based on my days off. I go to bed at the same time each night between 10 and 11 pm. But on my days off I do tend to sleep later.
