Pretty much any given college [1] will throw some intense, wacky, out-of-this-world parties [2] — but who goes the hardest? Wonder no longer, dear friends. The Princeton Review announced the top 10 American party schools on Monday, and I'm not surprised a bit. As I always say, the Midwest does it best.
