How to Watch the Super Strawberry Moon

June's full moon is called a Strawberry Moon to mark the ripening of berries that takes place in June. The moon will rise just after sunset in the southeast and will reach its maximum illumination at 2:40 p.m. ET. It's also a supermoon, meaning the full moon is at its closest monthly point to Earth in orbit, giving it a magnified look. The moon will have a golden hue to it, and will only be visible for 20 minutes after sunset — so make sure to step outside in the early evening!
