Even though Tiny Car is small, it feels roomy inside. There's plenty of leg room, and the sunroof affords a lot of space for your head. (However, when I pulled the screen shut, Mr. Bella groused that it was grazing his hair.)
I was excited to drive Tiny Car, and I envisioned zipping up and down the hills of San Francisco. While the car does have good pep, it also provides a bit of a jerky ride. Although the acceleration is fast and the engine is throaty, the automatic gear shifting is anything but smooth. When the car goes from first to second gear, it lurches. And at times, I stomped on the gas pedal only to find the car struggling to shift gears. Yikes!
