GoogleTube Makes Watching Videos Quick and Easy

GoogleTube: The Best of Both Worlds

There's only one thing that GoogleTube does, but it does it very well: this Firefox extension adds a YouTube icon to your Google results so you can watch videos in the same window. No more opening multiple tabs, using the back button or getting lost within the many channels of YouTube.

Just click on the YouTube icon that shows up next to video results and a small, floating window pops out so you can watch it right there on the page. Sweet and simple.

This looks good, with no "Related Videos" column to distract me and eat away at my time

Oops, video is gone... here's another: this links to 1 minute 30 seconds into video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LW2_2ihIuzI#t=1m30s

Here's a way to "deep link" a youtube vid by adding some code to the link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_GmCEPAHy5U#t=3m02s will link to a specific section of the YouTube.com video. Adding the extension #0m00s (the time into the video) ie #3m02s takes the viewer directly to the segment you want them to see.
