High Tech Cigarette May Help You Quit

Geek Tip: Kick the Habit With a High Tech Cigarette

We all know what a nasty habit smoking is and what it does to your body, so it's no wonder that quitting is getting a high tech twist. If you've been wanting to break free from your addiction, you may now have some help from technology with the Gamucci Micro Electronic Cigarette.

Studies show that not only is nicotine addicting, but so is the motion and physical habits of puffing away on your smoke breaks. But now, you can double up your chances of quitting success with a patch, plus this smoke and tobacco free cig. The rechargeable stick has you puffing on vapor, and as you inhale, a tiny battery vaporizes liquid inside the cigarette producing "smoke" — it even has a glowing red end like a real cigarette, but without the tobacco, nicotine, or side effects. Genius!

This actually worked for me. I used the supersmoker which is similar to the Gamucci. I have to say though that you do really want to stop smoking otherwise it will not work at all.

I think the concept behind this is great. I'm all for getting people to quit smoking. However, I'm a little skeptical about it working. I mean isn't the nicotine the 'addicting' part. I don't think they would get anything close to that feeling with this.

that's interesting. i have several smoker friends who i wish would kill the habit but i doubt they will be signing up for this. the ridicule alone would kill them!
