Is this guy totally out of his mind? A cyclist caught one driver [1] in Aberdeen, Scotland, driving his Land Rover with his headphones on, a smartphone in his hand, and an open laptop in his view. The cyclist captioned his video, "Not only he's not paying any attention to the road, I suspect he's not even on this planet." We hope that messages like this texting and driving PSA [3] or the Distracted Driving Awareness billboard [4] help drivers to realize just how dangerous their actions can be. This guy clearly needs a reality check.
