We've all had our mother or father tell us "everything in moderation," but apparently, not everyone listens. A Chinese man dropped dead after playing Internet games for three consecutive days, according to Reuters.

The man was about 30 years old, died on Saturday after being rushed to the hospital from the Internet cafe. The Beijing News reported that the police ruled out the possibility of suicide, saying that exhaustion was the most likely cause of death.

Here's more:

China, worried about the spread of pornography and politically incorrect content, has banned the opening of new cybercafes this year and issued orders limiting the time Internet users can spend playing online. In April, President Hu Jintao launched a campaign to rid the Internet of "unhealthy" content and make it a platform for Communist Party doctrine.

While we can only hope the man's death was caused by something other than his video gaming — or neglect for his body while on a video game tirade — you have to wonder what type of game could have captured his attention for so many hours that he forgot about his basic human needs.
