Think Twice Before Using Microsoft's "How Old" Robot

Update: Before using this addicting new site, be sure to read the fine print! According to Fast Company [1], submitting your photo grants Microsoft the right to use the image. See for yourself!

However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing, or submitting your Submission, you are granting Microsoft, its affiliated companies, and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses (including, without limitation, all Microsoft services), including, without limitation, the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, and reformat your Submission; to publish your name in connection with your Submission; and to sublicense such rights to any supplier of the Website Services.

Original: When Microsoft unveiled its new age-guessing website on Wednesday, it probably didn't intend to piss off half the world . . . but that's exactly what How-Old.net [2] accomplished. To use the free tool, you simply upload a photo of yourself and await the site's verdict about your age . . . which would be awesome if it didn't seem to get everything completely wrong. People all over the Internet [3] are suffering from injured pride after being incorrectly evaluated by this robot, and their reactions are simply hilarious. Read on for a few of the funniest #howoldrobot fails.
