Although the arrival of Star Wars: Episode VIII [1] feels like it's galaxies away, Mark Hamill took to his Twitter account [2] to #bless Star Wars fans with an epic behind-the-scenes moment.

He posted a photo of himself hitching a piggyback ride from Daisy Ridley [3] while on set of the film, which is currently in production [4]. The adorable photo was posted in honor of Daisy's 24th birthday this past Sunday, and the pose was a nod to the 1980s snap of Yoda on Luke's back in The Empire Strikes Back.

The internet got a hold of the image and started a full-on Photoshop battle on Reddit [5]. The picture has since been turned into a variety of hilarious parody images and memes that fans (and Mark!) got a real kick out of.
