Feast Your Eyes On the Most Expensive TV You've Ever Seen

You thought saving up for your Black Friday TV deal was hard; how many morning Starbucks runs would you have to forgo to save the extra cash Samsung's $120,000 TV requires? Yep, that is a price tag with six digits.

The TV was first announced at this year's CES, and this week Samsung finally revealed how much its curved 105-inch ultra high definition S9 series would set customers back — approximately 1,200 Benjamins. Technically, it's $199,999.99, but we'll save you having to rummage around in your wallet for change and round the number up.

The TV is part of electronics companies' move into higher than high-definition picture quality, interchangeably called 4K or UHD. Samsung explains that the S9 TV is curved to offer a more panoramic, true-to-life viewing effect. And with a technology exclusive to Samsung called Auto Depth Enhancer, the picture contrast automatically adjusts, creating a 3D look without the glasses.

Television's next generation isn't for small spaces, though. The curved panorama screen is best viewed from 10 to 15 feet away. But if you're spending $120,000 on the TV, your villa can probably fit it. Source: Samsung
