Share Your Upcoming Events With Friends Via Plancast

Website of the Day: Plancast

Falling victim to Internet over sharing is easy, especially given the popularity of social networking sites, so I was a little skeptical of this site the first time I heard about it. Plancast is an easy way to share your upcoming plans with friends. The service is free to use; just sign up with your name, email address, and location.

You can also easily link to both Facebook and Twitter and share your Plancast plans with friends. If they sign up for Plancast, too, you'll be able to follow each other through the site. Your plans can be specific or a vague as you want — the date and time of a movie you'd like to see this weekend, or a list of places you'd like to visit on your next road trip. It would also be useful as a party planning tool or a fun way to invite a large group of people to a big event.

Do you have an interesting website you want to share? Create a PopSugar Account or log in to your account. Then join the Website of the Day group where you can post your favorite website! And you never know, it could be featured on GeekSugar! Here's a detailed guide to posting questions or posts to groups if you are new to the PopSugar Community.
