Those "sound effects" are actually called onomatopoeia. It's a massive trope of comic books and if one were to do a comic book or superhero themed wedding, those "sound effects" are absolutely necessary. Shazaam!

Putting aside the overall lazy treatment of what could've been a great idea (Bam! Pow! Zing! on everything? True, it's superhero related, but it's still lazy. It's closer to a Sound Effects - Themed Wedding than anything else), I have to point out the fact that that the hero represented on the cufflinks is The Flash, NOT "Flash Gordon". I understand you got that particular one from Etsy, but that just means the writer of this piece failed to fact-check.  Again: lazy.
