AT&T Upload Speeds Statement

AT&T Blames Faulty Software For Slow Upload Speeds

Yesterday we told you what slow upload speeds on AT&T's network meant for you — longer wait times to send photos and videos to your Facebook, Flickr, and other apps. Putting fears of another cap to rest, AT&T released a statement this morning saying it isn't capping uploads, but that faulty software is to blame for slow performance on HSUPA-enabled smartphones (like the iPhone 4) and Laptop Connect devices.

According to AT&T, a fix is in the works and the problem should be resolved soon so you can go back to sharing pics and vids with your friends while on the go . . . without them taking forever to upload.
