Turn Your CD's into Works of Art

If you are like me and have a few CD's that you keep out for special occasions, but you don't like publicizing the fact that Britney still holds a special place in your heart, I bring to you these beautiful CD sleeves.

Geek geared by teamsugar user CiaoBella, the CD Packaging Kit from Barnes and Noble comes in four different styles including Petals in Pink, Fauna Mandala, Surf and Turf, and Happy Holidays—with each being created by different illustrators. Every unique kit features twenty-five mix-and-match CD sleeves and labels and 60 matching stickers. Trust me, no one will ever know about your Barry Manilow fetish with these lovely covers! Priced at only $16.

I just used the "holiday" edition labels to make CD"s for my friends and I have to say it's way cute. If you live in San Francisco, you can pick up all the different themes at the Chronicle Books store on Union (great craft books too.)

i still think making your own labels is better..... then again, i still think making tapes is great. the cars still have tape players so why not use them?

it's cute, but i own over 1,000 CDs, and i listen to everything from ABBA to Led Zeppelin, so i have a few things that my friends don't get. I'm kinda over the embarassment at this point in my life.

Ha ha, this will work wonders for me... My music taste is all over the map, so I can be a bit more subtle about carrying around Wheezy and Cobie Callait in the same bag.
