Wikileaks Julian Assange's OkCupid Page

Is WikiLeaks Founder's OkCupid Profile Fair Game For Prosecutors?

Yesterday, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange's OkCupid online dating profile was revealed to the masses, and now OkCupid's CEO says it's the real deal. His profile, which has been inactive since 2006, could potentially be used against him in a case not related to WikiLeaks.

We're all told to watch what we put online, and this wouldn't be the first time online evidence has been used to help the prosecution in a case. On one hand, one would think that information contained in an online dating profile would remain private and personal; on the other, if such a profile contained evidence that could exonerate the defendant, I'm sure that evidence would be presented. So what do you think? Is it fair game or going too far?
