I think the point of this - is giving the rich reasons to be green. This is a total "branded" car.

I'll stick with my Oldsmobitch until hybrids are a little more affordable. I like small car payments.

it's gorgeous but I'll stick with my Prius!

Oh that is so cute! I want a hybrid but $100k is just way out of my price range. I'll admit that I'm too much of snob to rock any hybrids on the market right now. I'm waiting for Chevy to come out with a sporty hybrid, I'm sure they will eventually! "Party like a rock star, pound like a porn star, play like an all star!"

So...I can buy this so-called hybrid for ~$100k and feel good about myself because it gets about 25 MPG? No thanks. I think I'll stick to my non-hybrid Honda Fit, which may have a puny engine, but gets around 35 MPG...and oozes all sorts of features at about $15k. Who needs a V8 for commuting?

Very pretty. But i'll stick with my Accord Hybrid. I got it brand new for just a hair over $25K and it has every feature that honda offers... I thought it was a steal.

I've had a Prius for nearly a year, and I absolutely love it. Toyota has the most advanced hybrid technology out there and leases older versions of their technology to Honda, GM, etc, so the other manufacturers are light years behind. I've always had some sort of compact sedan, and sizewise, this car feels bigger. You can haul loads of stuff in the back (6 ft bookcase? no problem), or easily fit 4 people and luggage. The Prius isn't perfect, but it's currently the best option out there if you really want to go green.

ooooohhhhhhhhh my gawd, who can spend that much on a car? We have a honda civic hybrid and i love it. It's less than the prius, gets almost the same mileage and looks like a normal car. Love, LUV LURV it. I've gone over 500 miles on my current tank of gas!

True. True and true.

430 horsepower! This almost goes against the whole purpose of going green. I'm in the market for a new car and I really want a hybrid. My main goal is to get a car that I'm getting better gas mileage than a normal car would. Not just good mileage for that type of car. The Prius really rocks the mileage, I just don't know if I would feel safe in a car that small. I'm waiting until I can get the mileage I want and have navigation and bluetooth so I can have my iPhone be hands free ;-)
