iMurders Movie Trailer Both Gory and Out of Touch

"People are getting systematically killed in that chat room," a gravely voiced detective says in the trailer for iMurders below. While yes, the movie does look quite scary (warning: the gore in it is not for the faint of heart), the Internet terminology kills it for me (pun intended, sorry).

Chat rooms? "Facespace"? It appears the release date has been pushed back a couple times for this flick, which, for a film that references technology, can only be the kiss of death (again, sorry). And is that Eleanor Waldorf in there?
