On our flight from Hanoi to Seoul a guy sitting in the next row from us got crazy & started attacking the flight attendants & passengers. When he started pushing the female staff and pulling them by the hair @therichardmarx was the first to help subdue him. This went on for FOUR hrs. I feel horrible for the abuse the staff had to endure but no one was prepared for this. They never fully got control of him. They didn't know how to use the taser & they didn't know how to secure the rope around him (he got loose from their rope restraints 3 times). I'll be posting some of the video after our next flight. POPSUGAR Latina contributor Daisy Fuentes described one nightmare of a flight on Instagram [2]. The former MTV VJ recounted the horrific experience she lived as a passenger sitting near her a Korean Air flight from Vietnam to Korea became violent with the crew.
In her post, Daisy states that, as the passenger was pushing and pulling the hair of the female flight attendants, her husband, singer Richard Marx, tried to help restrain the violent man for four full hours. Unfortunately, the flight attendants didn't know how to use the taser or properly secure the rope that was restraining the man, and the crew never fully gained control. Daisy mentions that she will soon post a video of the incident to her Instagram. Richard also took to Twitter to recount what happened [3].
We have video of entire chaotic and dangerous event on @KoreanAir_KE [4] 480. Lasted 4 hours. Crew completely ill-equipped to handle situation.
