Walt Disney World Just Upped Its Annual Pass Prices — Here's What You Need to Know

Feb 11 2020 - 4:21pm

Although Walt Disney World [1] is without question the most magical place on earth, the price to visit the Florida theme park can be far less magical for anyone on a budget. And, it's not getting any cheaper. Disney World has just released new annual pass prices for 2020 [2] that affect both Florida and non-Florida residents. So far no updates to the standard park ticket prices, although Disneyland did raise its prices [3].

Here's the 2020 ticket price breakdown:

4-Park Magic Ticket ($85 to $102)

1 Park Per Day ($109 to $159)

Park Hopper Option

Park Hopper Plus Option

Water Park and Sports Option

Here's the 2020 annual pass breakdown:

Disney Premier ($100 increase)

Disney Platinum Plus Pass ($76 increase)

*remains $999 for Florida residents

Disney Platinum Pass ($76 increase)

*remains $899 for Florida residents

Disney Gold Pass ($20 increase)

Disney Silver Pass ($20 increase)

Disney Theme Park Select Pass (no increase)

Disney Weekday Select Pass ($20 increase)

Disney Epcot After Four Pass ($10 increase)

Meanwhile, the Water Parks Annual Pass and Water Parks After Two Pass prices remained the same. The last annual pass price increase [4] Disney World underwent was in June of 2019, while the last ticket price increase was in March 2019. It's safe to say if you want to take a trip to Disney World, and even Disneyland [5], time is of the essence. Let's just hope these new prices [6] mean fewer crowds [7]!
