Last October, 3-year-old Willow's Halloween costume photos [1] on Instagram went viral, and one particular photo of her dressed up as Red [2] from Orange Is the New Black [3] happened to catch a celebrity's eye. Kate Mulgrew, the actress who plays Red in the Netflix series, loved Willow's spot-on costume so much that the OITNB crew decided to surprise her with her mini me during season four filming.
