Last October, 3-year-old Willow's Halloween costume photos on Instagram went viral, and one particular photo of her dressed up as Red from Orange Is the New Black happened to catch a celebrity's eye. Kate Mulgrew, the actress who plays Red in the Netflix series, loved Willow's spot-on costume so much that the OITNB crew decided to surprise her with her mini me during season four filming.
