I like a little spice with my blue cheese dressing, so I sprinkled some cayenne pepper on top.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
Pinch of cayenne, optional
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small dish.
- Let the dressing refrigerate for at least 10 minutes, so the flavors meld together even more.
- Before serving, sprinkle on cayenne if you wish.
