Alyssa Milano Gives Birth to a Baby Girl!

Alyssa Milano has given birth for a second time! The actress and her husband, David Bugliari, welcomed daughter Elizabella Dylan Bugliari on Thursday, Sept. 4. According to Alyssa's rep, both "mommy and baby are doing wonderfully" and Elizabella weighed in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces and measured 19.5 inches long. The couple already have a son, Milo, who recently celebrated his third birthday. Congratulations to the happy family!
