Most company holiday parties include ugly Christmas sweaters, awkward conversation, and that one co-worker who always gets way too drunk, but when Beyoncé does it, she doesn't screw around. The "Daddy Lessons" singer threw a holiday party for her record company, Parkwood Entertainment, at the Wilshire Ebell Theater in LA on Dec. 15, and we basically would have given up our own jobs to be able to attend. Not only did the Lemonade-themed bash include "Formation" goodie bags, sour candy, and a display of Beyoncé's iconic costumes from the visual album, but she also performed some of her biggest hits for her employees. If someone hasn't given her a "Best Boss Ever" mug yet, we will happily send one ourselves.
