Meghan Markle hosted a special lunch for the women from the Hubb Community Kitchen at Kensington Palace on Thursday, and one person who couldn't have been any prouder — aside from Prince Harry, of course — was Meghan's mom, Doria Ragland. Doria recently flew out from LA to be by Meghan's side for the royal affair, and while there, she welcomed guests, saying, "Hi, I'm Meg's mom." Aw!

And things only got sweeter from there! After the chair of Penguin Random House, Baroness Gail Rebuck, told Doria she must feel "very proud" of her daughter and her work on the Together: Our Community Cookbook, she replied, "Head over heels."

Oh, and if you're wondering what Doria's favorite dish is, she loves the green rice. "I love that," Doria said. "That was the first thing I asked about." Doria then went on to gush about the cookbook and told the women how excited she is for its release. "It's amazing. I'm just as excited as you are," she said. "The power of women. We make things happen. We're curious, we say yes, we show up. I'm inspired." You can preorder your copy of Together: Our Community Cookbook on Amazon now.
