Ellen and Portia Were Two Peas in a Pod at the People's Choice Awards

Ellen DeGeneres was honored with the favorite humanitarian award at the People's Choice Awards in LA on Wednesday night. The comedian and talk show host had the support of her wife, Scandal star Portia de Ross. The couple coordinated in black and white looks and sat side by side to watch the ceremony, casually mingling with Chris Hemsworth, Melissa McCarthy, and Sara Gilbert. Ellen's big prize was a $200,000 donation from Walgreens that she is donating to her chosen beneficiary, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital; Ellen has used her hit daytime show to garner awareness for the cause, and in a statement about the award, Ellen remarked, "I think it sums me up perfectly as I am both a human and an itarian." If that wasn't amazing enough, she also took home the award for favorite daytime TV host, and posed in the press room with Portia and her two trophies.

Portia and Ellen, who recently celebrated their 11th anniversary, spent the holidays in St. Barts. They looked more in love than ever while taking a sweet stroll before Christmas. Keep reading to see Ellen and Portia's big night at the PCAs!
