"Thank you everyone for the love and birthday wishes," Gisele wrote. "I feel so blessed. #Grateful." The supermodel kicked off her party last Thursday when she shared a snap of herself doing cartwheels (in a bikini, no less!) while on a beautiful beach. "Finally on vacation," she wrote.
