Gwyneth Paltrow escaped to Mexico last weekend to celebrate a pal's birthday. She and her friend hit the beach in Cabo on Saturday and chatted in the sand while wearing tiny bikinis. The trip is a break from work for Gwyneth, who has been busy making the press rounds to promote her new film, Mortdecai, over the past few weeks. She's been opening up a lot in interviews, sharing just how cool Blue Ivy really is, dishing on her relationship to Brad Pitt, and even laughing a bit about her use of the term "conscious uncoupling" during her split from Chris Martin last year. Gwyneth also popped up during award season, making a sneaky stop at the Golden Globes earlier this month.
