Jennifer Lopez made a surprise appearance at the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, popping up at LA's Shrine Auditorium to present during the show. Wearing a long-sleeved lace mini, the singer and actress struck a pose backstage at the event before cracking up alongside Tyler Posey on stage. J Lo's appearance came a couple of weeks after her 45th birthday, and it's safe to say she's looking as gorgeous as ever — her green Teen Choice Awards outfit is the latest in a very long line of Jennifer's hottest moments.
