Justin Bieber Maximizes the Fun at Pre-Super Bowl Bash

Justin Bieber got in on Super Bowl weekend partying in NYC on Friday, letting loose at Maxim magazine's bash. The singer stuck with his entourage while entering and exiting the event, which Alyssa Milano hosted at hot spot Philippe Chow. At one point, Justin made animated hand gestures in front of his face. The singer's nightlife outing follows up a tough week, during which he was arrested twice. Justin was booked at a Toronto police station on Wednesday after turning himself in to face an assault charge. The 19-year-old's legal troubles grabbed international headlines last weekend, when he was arrested for drag racing and suspicion of DUI in Miami.
