Kanye West appeared to be in good spirits when he was spotted arriving at his office in Calabasas, CA, on Tuesday afternoon. The rapper, who has a habit of not smiling for pictures, flashed a rare smile before heading inside. Kanye and Kim Kardashian welcomed their third child, a baby girl, via surrogate on Monday, so that's likely the reason for his smile.

While the couple has yet to disclose the baby's name, Kim announced the arrival of their daughter on her website. "Kanye and I are happy to announce the arrival of our healthy, beautiful baby girl," Kim wrote. "We are incredibly grateful to our surrogate who made our dreams come true with the greatest gift one could give and to our wonderful doctors and nurses for their special care. North and Saint are especially thrilled to welcome their baby sister." Congrats to Kanye and Kim on their growing family!
