Pregnant Kim Kardashian was in good spirits on Monday afternoon. The 34-year-old reality TV star glowed as she stepped out for lunch with her longtime friend Carla DiBello, pastor Rich Wilkerson, and his wife, DawnCheré. Kim was all smiles, posing for pictures with fans and flaunting her famous figure in an all-black ensemble. As usual, she shared a frame-worthy moment from her outing on Instagram, writing, "La Scala Lunch @richwilkersonjr @dawnchere @carladibello."

Kim's latest appearance comes a few days after she was front and center at the FYF Festival showing support for her husband, Kanye West, on Saturday. Earlier that day, Kim and her adorable nephew Mason Disick paid a visit to a young woman involved in the Make-A-Wish Foundation and documented the sweet moment on Instagram.
