Kim Kardashian and Mason Disick brought joy to a fan on Saturday. The reality star took her nephew to meet a young woman involved in the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the charity that makes dreams a reality for children coping with serious medical conditions. Kim shared a picture of the visit on Instagram, writing, "Mason & I spent the day with this beautiful soul, Anissa! Thank you Make-A-Wish for this special day!" Kim also treated Mason, her sister Kourtney Kardashian's eldest child, to a shopping trip at Toys"R"Us, where she was spotted pushing a cart full of items. The pregnant star had her baby bump on display in a figure-hugging white dress and pink jacket. Hours later, Kim showed support for husband Kanye West at the FYF Festival in LA. Kim's famous family came out for the event just a few days after the group's active vacation in St. Barts.
