Kim Kardashian stepped out in LA on Tuesday afternoon, making her first outing since returning home from her extravagant adventures abroad. It's been a whirlwind couple of weeks for Kim and her new husband, Kanye West, who got married in an lavish, showstopping wedding — broken into a multicity itinerary — followed by brief honeymoon stops in Ireland and Prague. In the days since she's come back, Kim has already changed her name on Twitter and told us what she missed the most while overseas.
