Lea Michele slipped into a white bikini for a getaway in Santa Barbara, CA, last weekend. The Glee star took time to relax poolside with friends as she commemorated the first anniversary of her boyfriend Cory Monteith's tragic passing. While on her trip, Lea honored her late love with heartwarming messages posted to her social media accounts. She shared a sweet photo of the two on the beach via Instagram and also took to Twitter with another loving snap, saying, "We hold you in our hearts today, and every day we remember your smile.
